October 16, 2010 CJSC “GSR CHPP” begins to limit the supply of heat energy (pressure reduction) to CJSC “Lenteplosnab”. The limitation is caused by the accumulated debt of Lenteplosnab CJSC to GSR CHPP CJSC for the last heating season and non-payment of current payments.

The amount of heat supplied will be sufficient for heating social and medical buildings. First of all, this restriction will affect administrative buildings.

Lenteplosnab is the only and largest debtor out of 112 subscribers.
