Project “Modernization of the heat supply system of JSC “GSR CHPP”, as of 4 quarter. 2019

As part of the project “Modernization of the heat supply system of JSC GSR CHPP”, as of Q4. 2019 completed:

1. Technical re-equipment of Hot Water Boiler House No. 2, further VK-2. A feature of the project implementation is the implementation of the entire range of works on technical re-equipment at the existing heat supply facility.
2. Technical re-equipment of the heating network;
3. Construction of a backup water supply pipeline to Hot Water Boiler No. 2. The peculiarity of laying pipelines is the horizontal directional drilling (HDD) method to eliminate the need for subsequent restoration of the territory.
4. Construction of the Reserve Fuel Storage.

The activities carried out in 2019 for the technical re-equipment of VK-2 and heating networks made it possible to:

• optimize technological processes;
• reduce operating costs;
• reduce hydraulic resistance in the upgraded sections of heating networks;
• increase the reliability of the heat supply system of JSC “GSR CHPP”
