Infrastructure fund Macquarie Renaissance acquires stake in GSR Energo

Macquarie Renaissance Infrastructure Fund (hereinafter MRIF or the Fund) announces the conclusion of a deal to acquire a stake in GSR Energo, which supplies electricity and heat in the Kolpinosky district of St. Petersburg, for a total amount of USD83 million.
