As of November 21, 2014, within the framework of the ongoing project “Modernization of the heat supply system of CJSC GSR CHPP”, based on the public hearings held and the positive conclusion of the St. the architecture of St. Petersburg issued a permit for a conditionally permitted type of use of land allocated for the construction of a reserve fuel facility (RTH), a deaeration-make-up unit (DPU) and a steam boiler house.

The acceptance of the results of engineering-geological, engineering-environmental and engineering-geodesic surveys for the modernized and designed objects of the heat supply system of CJSC GSR CHPP is nearing completion.
