Construction progress of CCGT CHPP as of 31.08.2011

As of August 31, 2011, the following works were completed at the construction site of the CHP CCGT “GSR Energo”:

• concreting of grillages under the frame of the TLU;
• concreting the foundation of the chimney;
• concreting of the bottom slab of the PTU foundation.

As part of the implementation of the project for a 110 kV double-circuit power transmission line, an agreement was received with the Department of Underground Structures of the Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture of the Government of St. Petersburg on the layout of supports along the route of the projected double-circuit 110 kV overhead line for the designed CHP CCGT “GSR Energo”.

Currently, the following works are being carried out at the construction site of the CHP CCGT “GSR Energo”:

• on the arrangement of grillages of the frame of the Main building;
• on the arrangement of off-site sections of household sewerage networks, utility and drinking water supply and industrial and rain sewerage;
• for reinforcing the foundations of GTU and KU.

The main equipment is manufactured in accordance with the schedule:

• Gas turbine type PG6111FA (GEEPF France);
• Steam turbine type T-25 / 33-7.6 / 0.12 (JSC “KTZ”);
• Turbine generator TTK-40-2UZ / 10.5 kV (LLC Trade House Privod-AZTPA);
• Waste heat boiler (JSC ZiO);

In accordance with the Project Quality Assurance Program, from September 01-05, 2011, inspections of the gas turbine rotor balancing were carried out, as well as inspections of the manufacture of section headers and the frame of the waste heat boiler.

Contracts for the supply of the following equipment have been concluded:

• booster compressor station;
• block transformers;
• crane capacity 20/5 tf for servicing steam turbines;
• crane capacity 20/5 tf for servicing gas turbines;
