Construction progress of CCGT CHPP as of May 1, 2012

As of May 1, 2012, work on the installation of load-bearing metal structures of the frame of the Gas Turbine Unit compartment was completed at the construction site. Works are being carried out on the installation of metal structures for fastening enclosing structures and wall sandwich panels, installation of profiled roofing, work on the installation of power floors and foundations for auxiliary equipment.

In the department of the Steam Turbine Plant, work is being carried out on the installation of metal structures for stairs and service platforms, and an overhead crane has been installed. Works are being carried out on the installation of the waste heat boiler and the installation of thermal insulation, the enlargement assembly of the waste heat boiler diffuser is being carried out.

In the ETU and APCS department, work was carried out on the installation of profiled roofing, work on the installation of power floors. Works are being carried out on the brickwork of the basement, internal walls and partitions, work on the installation of monolithic reinforced concrete floors

Works are being carried out on the installation of monolithic reinforced concrete foundations for equipment, work on the installation of window blocks, installation of pipelines for the heating system and the system of internal drains of the water treatment plant and the heating unit.
Bricklaying of external, internal walls and partitions of the stair-lift block is in progress. Pre-assembly, welding and installation of chimney sections are underway, the generator and the lower part of the steam turbine cylinder have been installed on the upper power plate of the foundation, the steam turbine condenser has been installed in its normal position.

At auxiliary facilities, work has been completed on the installation of monolithic reinforced concrete pile heads, backfilling of the pit, concrete preparation of the catchment area of ​​the fan cooling tower No. 1 (stage I), work is underway on the installation of monolithic reinforced concrete structures of the catchment area. In the fan cooling tower No. 2 (Phase II), work was done on arranging a pit, driving and testing test reinforced concrete piles. Excavation work, immersion and testing of trial reinforced concrete piles of the circulation pumping station (I and II stages) were completed.

Works on the construction of a pit, immersion and testing of trial reinforced concrete piles of an open installation of transformers and a pumping station for domestic and drinking and industrial fire-fighting water supply were completed. Works are being carried out to prepare for the production of works on the installation of the pile foundation of the overpass at the off-site site.

Works are being carried out on the construction of the bottom structures of a monolithic reinforced concrete tank for emergency draining of transformer oil. Excavation work, installation of prefabricated reinforced concrete foundations, pre-assembly and installation of metal structures of supports of two 110 kV transmission lines for technological connection of CCGT CHPP to the distribution center are being carried out
