Water Supply and Water DisposalThe company operates in the area of water supply and water disposal
services for Subscribers located in the Izhorskie Zavody Industrial Zone.
The company effluent facilities are located at: Saint Petersburg,
Kolpino, Izhora left riverside. They are separated, deepened and banked
industrial effluent facilities manufactured in 1986, which are consisted of the
following:
- detrittors with the
diameter of 6.0 m, 8 pcs;
- detrittor water supply
and water disposal trays;
- radial (primary) sumps
with the diameter of 30.0 m, 4 pcs;
- pump station building
for pumping the precipitate.
The design capacity of existing effluent facilities is 43 thous. m3
per day (94 thous. m3 per day in rainy weather).
Water supply system provides the consumers water supply with potable
quality water and service quality water.
The potable quality water comes from potable water supply network of
Vodokanal SPb State Unitary Enterprise. The service water comes from 2 sources:
- service
Neva non-filtered water comes from pumping station of the 1st rise of
Vodokanal SPb State Unitary Enterprise;
- service
sewage effluent comes from the central effluent facilities (CEF) of GSR
Vodokanal JSC.
The water disposal system provides the water disposal of industrial,
foul water and run-off from the consumers and the territory of the industrial
site at Kolpino and CEF territory. Run-offs are transmitted to the centralized
system of municipal sewage of Vodokanal SPb State Unitary Enterprise, and the
part of run-offs is supplied to CEF for the treatment and service water supply
from CEF.

Investments
At present, the investment program on the technical re-equipment of GSR
Vodokanal JSC industrial facilities is under implementation:
- reconstruction
of CEF facilities and process equipment;
- reconstruction
of water supply / water disposal systems with replacing shut-off valves;
- construction
of precipitate dewatering station.
The implementation of all actions within the framework of the investment
program on the technical re-equipment of GSR Vodokanal JSC industrial
facilities will allow:
- to
improve the efficiency and reliability of the GSR Vodokanal JSC economic
activity;
the withdrawal obsolete hydrotechnical
facilities facilitates improving the area ecological situation.
Investment Schedule
- 2010–2011:
the works on the installation of 4 run-off ultraviolet purification units
were performed;
- 2014–2015:
the works on the modernization of pump equipment with replacing with asynchronous
with computerized numerical control (CNC) were performed, and this led to
reducing the electric energy consumption by more than 2 times;
2015–2017: the works on the creation of the
hardware-software complex of pump station management system with a possibility
to control all pump station from one dispatching center located in GSR Vodokanal
JSC administration building.
In 2020–2022, the following is planned to be done:
- construction of the
precipitate dewatering station;
- reconstruction of CEF
facilities and process equipment, including:
- reconstruction
of stormwater run-off purification system, including detrittors (8 pcs) –
2021–2022;
- reconstruction
of radial sumps (4 pcs) – 2021–2023;
- reconstruction
of wet precipitate station (with replacing the pump equipment and
shut-off valves) – 2019–2020;
- reconstruction
of the CEF cold service water supply networks (re-laying incoming service
water supply pipelines (DN 150 mm – 320 rm, DN 110 mm – 230 rm, including
the replacement of the shut-off valves) – 2019–2021.
The investment volume for the technical re-equipment implementation is
more than 700 million roubles.
