GSR Energy is an investment group that focuses on investments in the newest technologies of the development of city infrastructure, in particular thermal and electrical energy production, supply, and sales, water supply and disposal systems, and the development of housing and communal services.

The company has already implemented projects the investment volume of which was more than 10 billion roubles. To the moment, the following projects have been implemented:

2014 – putting into operation new combined cycle gas-turbine thermal power plant (CCGT-TPP) with the combined electrical and thermal energy production of 110 MW / 77 Gcal/h, and capacity factor of more than 80%. In-parallel withdrawal of three old boilers with the total output of 150 Gcal/h;

2017 – the withdrawal of old Central Boiler Station with the output of 70 Gcal/h;

2019 – putting into operation new Steam Boiler with the steam output of 48 t/h. The withdrawal of old Block-Type TPP No. 2 with the thermal energy output of 322 Gcal/h and electrical energy output of 20 MW;

2020 – the modernization of the VK-2 water boiler station with the output of 400 Gcal/h.
